Dominique Silvera - Chief Executive
Dominique is your chief curator! Bringing over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to Barbados Luxury Listings. Dominique has held executive management positions with respected major global brands throughout her career. Her last posting prior to launching Barbados Luxury Listings, was Vice President of marketing and business development for Christie's International Real Estate Barbados. While with Christie's, she earned the exclusive certification as a luxury real estate specialist!
You can put your trust in Dominique as your real estate broker, as she curates the best in beautiful properties that Barbados has to offer. Her intimate knowledge of luxury living, coupled with her passion for beautiful real estate, has led her to hand pick our listings, with quality of life being top of mind!
Dominique is a Graduate from The University of Western Ontario, London Ontario Canada, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration. She is a Caricom Skilled National and Canadian Citizen and has been residing in Barbados for over Ten years.
Candice Jenkins - Sales Executive
Candice having taken a hiatus from her career in hospitality joined BLL in June of 2022! She is a holds a bachelor of science in Hospitality from the University of the West Indies, and is a natural to Real Estate Sales ! Her charisma and drive as a Sales Executive saw her transacting deals while still in training! Which stands to reason considering her over 20 year career in hospitality, she had the requisite skills to service HNW clients needs, a skill that she immediately transferred to real estate! Candice has held senior positions in luxury resorts in Tobago, Turks and Caicos , and Barbados, however her network spans the entire region having lived in The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Barbados over the past two decades. Candice has the midas touch to "selling sunsets", in Barbados and the Caribbean and we are so happy to have her on our team!
Daniel Bayne - Luxury Holiday/Lifestyle Executive
Daniel, hospitality provider extraordinaire, brings to Barbados Luxury Listings the finesse and service that give us the winning edge! A graduate of the Barbados Community College with an associate degree in hospitality, Daniel went on to further hone his skills at the University of The West Indies, where he achieved and honors bachelor’s degree in the science of tourism and hospitality management.
Daniel, hit the ground running having worked at various event management and catering companies on the island of Barbados. He further mastered his hospitality skills in 2008, when he left Barbados to work at the Walt Disney world Resort in Orlando Florida. On his return to Barbados in 2011, Dan joined One Sandy Lane, the most prestigious residence in Barbados. Daniel has been at One Sandy Lane, for the past 10 years where he has grown from strength to strength, and is now the team leader of Client services, and directly responsible for the handling or the most discerning HNW Clients where confidentiality is Paramount.
We are thrilled to be partnering with Daniel at Barbados luxury listings as we are fascinated by this brilliant hospitality maverick who is our expert rental real estate agent! Daniel remains humble, and that prides himself in being hardworking, honest, with a keen eye for detail but we know that he is the gem in our crown!

Bianca Peterkin - Marketing - Digital/ Social Media Consultant
Bianca joined Barbados Luxury Listings in April 2021, as a our graphic design and marketing intern while she was completing her studies. On completion of her internship, we were thrilled to bring this young bright mind on board to continue to manage our marketing,design and social media activities. Now that she is a graduate of the George Brown College school of design, she is an integral member of our team!
Bianca, is well rounded, having been able to hone her skills in advertising, art direction and copywriting, not to mention the social media that we threw at her! She has brought energy, savvy and know how to our brand!
Bianca Knows how to conceptualizing an idea and bringing it to life from start to finish which gives our team the winning edge!
